What we collect, what we deliberately do not, and what happens to your product photos.

Draft. These terms describe how Admorpha actually works, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not final. Do not rely on them, and replace them before taking payment.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, and the organisation name if you give one.

Billing data is handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers; we keep the last four digits and the status of your subscription.

Content: the product images you upload and the lines you write, plus the clips we render for you.

Usage: basic logs — requests, timestamps, IP address, and errors — kept for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

No photographs of people. The service has one upload field and it is for a product image. There is no face upload, no voice upload, and therefore no biometric data.

No third-party advertising trackers.

What we do with your images

Your product images are used to render your ads and for nothing else. They are not training data. They are not shown to other customers. They are not sold.

You can delete an image or a rendered clip at any time. Deleted content is removed from live systems immediately and from backups within thirty days.

Who else sees it

Only the processors we need to run the service: hosting, storage, the payment processor, and email delivery. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. The current list is available on request and will be published here before general availability.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to the contact address and we will answer within thirty days.

If you are in the UK or EU, the lawful basis for processing account and content data is performance of our contract with you, and for logs it is our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
