No real people
You cannot upload a photograph of a person, including yourself. Every presenter is a generated character. This is the single rule the product is built around: it keeps a real person's likeness out of the ads made here.
You may not use the service to imply that a real person, living or dead, endorses your product.
No minors
Nothing on this service may depict a minor, and no output may be prompted toward one. Accounts that attempt it are terminated immediately and without refund.
Where the law requires it, we preserve the material and report it to the relevant authority. This is not discretionary and we will not warn the account first.
Products we will not advertise
Weapons and weapon parts. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia. Sexual products and sexual content of any kind. Counterfeits and replicas. Stolen goods.
Anything whose sale is restricted where you or your audience are, including tobacco, prescription medicines, gambling and financial products, unless you hold the licence for it and can show us.
Claims you cannot make
No medical, health or curative claims. No guaranteed financial returns. No before-and-after transformation claims.
The presenter is not a real customer and the clip is not a testimonial. Do not present it as one. Where your market requires advertising to be disclosed as synthetic, that disclosure is your responsibility.
Brands you do not own
Upload products you sell or are authorised to advertise. Do not use another company's product, packaging or marks to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Reporting and enforcement
Report anything made here that breaks this policy to report@admorpha.com. Include a link or a clip identifier.
We can remove content, suspend an account or terminate it. Serious breaches are permanent and do not come with a refund.
