Licensing

What you own in a finished ad, and what you own in a character you build.

Draft. These terms describe how Admorpha actually works, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not final. Do not rely on them, and replace them before taking payment.

The clips you render

You own the output clips your account renders, subject to having paid for them and to the content policy.

Starter is for evaluation: render, watch, decide. Commercial use — running a clip as an advertisement, anywhere, paid or organic — begins at Pro.

The characters you build

A character is a set of choices and the renders that come from them. On Pro and above, the character you build is exclusive to you while your plan is active: nobody else is cast with that face.

Cast characters — the ones already on the roster — are shared. Anyone can use them, so do not build a brand identity on one you did not make.

Because a character is generated, there is no performer to re-license, no usage window and no renewal.

What the licence does not cover

You may not resell, sublicense or distribute a character on its own, as distinct from the ads it appears in.

You may not represent a character as a real person, a real customer, or an endorser.

You may not use output to train another model.

If you stop paying

Clips you already rendered and paid for stay yours to use. Exclusivity on a character ends when the plan does, and the character returns to being unassigned.
